About Lucia

Watershed Co - Meet Lucia
Lucia is an executive leadership coach, skilled facilitator, and seasoned corporate leader with a laser-focused mission: to help her leaders scale their teams and build leadership capacity, capability, and confidence without compromising what they value the most professionally and personally, especially in unpredictable and challenging environments.

Lucia creates a unique coaching partnership that unconditionally supports and gently challenges her leaders so they can solve complex problems and take on more significant opportunities with more authenticity and resiliency. Lucia’s clients leave her coaching sessions feeling lighter, often with a next or first step in hand. With practice and coaching, they develop valuable leadership skills that inspire and positively impact teams and organizations of all sizes.

Lucia brings 15 years of experience coaching and partnering with leaders, founders, and their leadership teams, tackling complex business, people, and team challenges in a range of industries, functions, and companies such as Procter & Gamble, McKinsey & Company, TripAdvisor, Wayfair and Flexetail (a startup she successfully co-founded). She blends this corporate discipline and rigor with empathy, heart, and intuition honed as a certified yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and caregiver to her family, friends, and community. The latter created valuable lessons that profoundly shaped Lucia and helped her master her craft as a coach.

Why I Coach

I coach because I want to help others find their path and purpose; and I believe that having a partner makes the experience more empowering and life-changing. Coaching pushes me to my learning edge: it requires me to be intellectually open, attentive, and humble while flexing those muscles that encourage introspection. I find so much fulfillment in helping my clients imagine, create, and build the multi-passionate life they desire.

How I Coach

I create experiences to facilitate growth, helping leaders become the person they are meant to be. My clients become skilled at facing challenges; not only leading to better outcomes, but ones that better reflect their core values, personality, and leadership style at work and at home. In doing so, I challenge my coaching clients – and hold them accountable— to become more courageous, authentic, and open.
